Choose the method of Processing Message Queue

Manual: Accessible through the web, you can follow the procedure. Best for mailing lists up to 1000 subscribers.

Cron: It will run automatically in the background. Best for large mailing lists with more than 1000 members.

Run cron job every minutes.

The cron job will automatically perform some needed tasks for example Processing the Message Queue (processqueue).
Do not set this too low to avoid AUP/TOS violation.
